Job Description

We are currently looking for a receptionist to start August on a temp position for 4-5 weeks. There will be a week of handover so you can ease into the role. With multiple offices, this role will be based in their Horsley Park location. What you will be doing:-
  • Manage switchboard
  • Greet clients 
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Process tax invoices
  • Order stationary and supplies
  • Look after general office maintenace
  • Book courier and distribute mail
  • Maintain the overall tidiness of meeting rooms and reception area
  • General administration (e.g. filing, scanning, printing etc.)
Your skills and experience:-
  • 8am to 4pm
  • Professional and exceptional telephone manners
  • Office is only accesible by car
  • Friendly and cheerful personality
  • Great telephone manners
  • Punctual and good time management skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Intermediate office skills (outlook, word, and excel)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Can commit to the entire contract duration (August 5th – September 13th)
