Job Description

We are currently looking for a temp reception to cover a holiday leave for 4-5 weeks starting in August. You will be working with a reputable household name in their Horsley Park office. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience as a corporate reception. The role will commence in August.

What you will be doing:-
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone (busy switchboard)
  • Meet and greet internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve drinks and refreshments
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Process tax invoices
  • Order stationary and pantry supplies
  • Look after office maintenance
  • Arrange logistics (e.g. Taxis, car pick up) for internal staff
  • Book courier and distribute mail
  • Maintain the overall tidiness of meeting rooms and reception area
  • General administration (e.g. filing, scanning, printing etc.)
Your skills and experience:-
  • 8am to 4pm
  • Professionally presented and enjoys corporate experience
  • Friendly and cheerful personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys a busy reception
  • Previous experience working in senior executives
  • Great telephone manners
  • Punctual and good time management skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Intermediate office skills (outlook, word, and excel)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Can commit to the entire contract duration (August 5th – September 13th)
