- Strong experience with supporting both Windows OS and Mac OS
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft technology stacks - Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange Server, Sharepoint, Lync / Skype for Business, Teams, SCCM
- Experience with ServiceNow and Remedy ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
