Before joining Sirius I worked as a manager at both Bunnings and Chemist Warehouse. I also just completed my Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management at Western Sydney University. My extensive experience and passion for customer service and management has helped me understand how to navigate and handle different customer needs, desires and concerns, to ensure I provide the best customer experience possible. It has also made it easier to keep up with the fast-paced environment surrounding recruitment.
I go above and beyond for my candidates, with an honest and friendly manner. I hope to eventually work with clients as I progress my career here with Sirius and apply the same approach. I understand the importance of providing consistent feedback and support as well as being readily available.
