My recruitment career started 5+ years ago recruiting for temporary Business Support roles in Sydney before progressing to manage teams in Business Support and Accounting & Finance. I then moved to a boutique agency to manage their temporary team.

I now manage our highly collaborative Sirius Support and Sirius Accounting & Finance teams, who work across a variety of industries. We work as a team to ensure that our clients receive the best outcome for their business and our candidates find the best role for their skill set and career ambitions. 

I partner with my clients to gain a deep understanding of their company culture and business goals to ensure we’re finding the right person for the team, rather than just a quick placement. I am also always contactable on email or my mobile.

As for my candidates, I offer a more personable approach. I want to get to know what they want in a new role and align them with the best job opportunity for them. I am also contactable at any time, and will regularly check-in with my candidates to ensure they feel supported and happy in their roles.

As I have worked in the Sydney market throughout my recruitment career, I also have a deep understanding of the market trends and insights into my client and candidates’ needs.
