I started my career in software sales and decided to move into recruitment 5 years ago, predominately working the ERP market space. This evolved into an Account Manager role which supported clients with their IT hiring needs across the globe. Currently, I manage Sirius Technology’s flagship Banking client who is one of Sirius' most invested clients to date.
During my day-to-day, I am maintaining relationships and supporting project growth plans. I meet with managers, some we have worked with in the past and some we haven't, and speak to them regarding existing contractors and their future hiring plans; whether it be niche skills they might be looking for on a one-off basis or a project team required for their next Program. We help find IT Specialists on short-notice, provide market intel along with helping advise the best approach for future hires and retaining employees/contractors alike.
I believe listening is key to understanding how it is we can help. Sirius Technology has extensive knowledge around the Banking industry sector, having had a number of years supporting various Financial Institutions. I look to find solutions for both candidates and clients, and I'm confident Sirius Technology can create the right balance to help make a perfect match.
Recently I travelled across South America... Such a great place, but I'd have to say the Galapagos Islands were my favourite!
