I have over 15 years of experience as a Recruitment Business Manager overlooking aspects such as Operations, HR & Finance in both the blue & white collar space. I joined Sirius People with the aim of building effective recruitment strategies, growing a successful and efficient team and developing long-term relationships with clients & candidates built on honesty and reliability. Working in a team of like-minded people who are driven to succeed drives the motivation and dedication to deliver our exceptional service.


My many years of recruitment & business experience has shaped how I advise and collaborate with my candidates and clients, ensuring I keep their best interests in mind. This includes emphasising transparent & upfront communication and stressing the importance of safety in the workplace. Hence, candidates and clients are constantly kept in the loop and current WHS measures are in place on worksites and are of the highest standard; whilst, staying attentive to any legislative updates/training/advice.
