I have been with Sirius since 2010, currently managing the Sales & Marketing team and recruiting as an events industry specialist.
Prior to working in recruitment, I worked as the Marketing Manager for a global events & entertainment company. While I enjoyed working in marketing, I love working in recruitment and being able to connect events & marketing professionals with their dream jobs.
I genuinely care about my candidates and clients. I get a buzz from hearing that you are happy in your new role or with your new hire. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is being able to partner with you throughout your career and to be that familiar voice at the end of the line every time you call. I have placed juniors who I’ve watched progress into manager positions, who have come back to me to hire new staff for themselves, then later on come back as candidates again when they are ready for that next step. For me, it’s truly about being a long-term career partner, and being a valued part of the events & marketing community rather than just a recruitment supplier into it.
